Calculate classification

Usage

data: Dataframe of predicted endgroups values from rict_predict function
year_type: "single" or "multi" depending if multi-year classification required - default is "multi"
store_eqrs: Boolean to signal if simulate EQRs should be stored. If TRUE, EQRs are stored allowing `rict_compare` to compare EQR results
n_runs: Number of simulations, default 10000.
seed: Use seed as setup in RICT2 Azure, useful for testing only.
set_seed: Change the set-seed number for default of '1234'. For testing purposes only.
